Class 3 Water Damage
Greatest amount of water absorption — ceilings, walls, floors, insulation saturated.
Class 3 is the most invasive class — ceilings, walls, insulation, carpet, and subfloor are saturated. Often results from overhead leaks or fire suppression. Requires the most equipment and longest drying time.
