Partner Requirements
- Current IICRC Firm Certification
- State contractor license (TX TDLR / FL DBPR / AZ ROC)
- Active general liability ($1M+ per occurrence)
- Active workers' compensation insurance
- Physical local office in service area
- 24/7 emergency dispatch capability
- Minimum 12 months operating history
- No active BBB complaints in 24 months

- Quality review every 6 months

- No monthly fees during integration period
