What It Doesn't Do
It doesn't reach porous material. Drywall, bare wood, carpet and ceiling tile hold mold below the surface, and peroxide's water soaks in while its oxidising effect is spent on top. It doesn't fix moisture. Every colony is being fed by water — a bathroom ceiling that condenses, a leak, humidity over 60%. Peroxide on the mold and nothing on the water is a monthly appointment.
